Verelume

Use case

Company document search

Ask questions of your documents, not just search for words in them.

The problem

Teams can usually find a file if they remember its name. What they cannot do is ask a real question, 'what did we decide about X?', and get an answer grounded in the documents.

Why ordinary search falls short

Search ranks documents by keyword relevance. The reader still has to open each result, read it, and synthesize an answer, and hope they did not miss a contradicting document.

How Verelume approaches it

Verelume answers the question directly and attaches the specific records the answer draws on, so you can verify it. When credible records disagree, it flags the conflict rather than picking one silently.

Example questions

  • What does our record say about this vendor arrangement?
  • Where did we document the reason for this change?
  • What is the most recent guidance we have on this topic?

The value

The time from question to trustworthy answer drops, and answers come with their evidence attached.

Limitations

Answers are only as complete as the records connected. Verelume flags insufficient evidence instead of guessing.
