Verelume

Company

Organizations remember less than they think, and it costs them.

Verelume exists to make an organization's own record dependable: something a team can consult for evidence-backed answers, not a graveyard of files no one can search.

Why organizational intelligence

Professional-services organizations run on judgment recorded over time, reports, decisions, correspondence, revisions. That record is one of the most valuable assets a firm owns. It is also, in most organizations, nearly unusable: scattered across systems, dependent on the memory of whoever was in the room, and impossible to search for anything more meaningful than a filename.

The result is quiet but expensive. Work gets redone because no one could find what was decided. Risk hides in matters no current employee remembers. Knowledge leaves with people. We think this is a category of its own, organizational intelligence, and that it deserves a tool built specifically for it, rather than a generic search box or a chatbot bolted onto a document store.

Verelume is that tool: designed to connect an organization’s documents, decisions, people, and history, and to answer real questions with evidence, including the honest answer that the record does not yet contain one.

Principles

What we hold to.

These are not slogans. They are the constraints we accept even when a looser standard would be easier to sell.

Evidence

An answer is only as good as what it is built on. We would rather show our sources, and admit when the record cannot support a conclusion, than sound confident and be wrong.

Clarity

We describe what the product does in plain language, separate what exists today from what is planned, and avoid the vocabulary of hype. Credibility compounds; exaggeration does not.

Privacy

Organizations trust us with sensitive records. Data separation and authenticated access are not features to us; they are the baseline for being allowed to do this work at all.

Continuity

Institutional knowledge should outlast any individual's tenure. The value of a record is that it endures, and stays answerable, after the people who created it have moved on.

Verelume is an early-stage company building in the open with a small number of founding pilot organizations. We are not going to invent a history we do not have. If you want to know who is behind it and where it is headed, the best way is to talk to us directly.

Work with us early.

Founding pilots shape what Verelume becomes. If the problem is yours, we would like to hear about it.
